DDA Matt Nelson convicted defendant Wesley Bryan of three separate counts of Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana to a Minor and five separate counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. The children he delivered the Marijuana to, by allowing them to smoke it, were between 10 and 14 years of age. This investigation was conducted by the Bend Police Department, another co-defendant previously plead guilty to charges as well. The defendant will be sentenced on April 21, 2014.
