OSP Captain Bill Fugate Charged with Domestic Violence

Deschutes County District Attorney John Hummel completed his legal review of the criminal allegations made against Oregon State Police Captain William Fugate. Based on the facts and the law, Hummel charged Fugate with two counts of Harassment constituting domestic violence. The charges relate to incidents that occurred on May 22 and June 15 of 2017.
