Jonathan Chase Adams, 31 years old, died on November 22, 2017 as a result of injuries he sustained when the bike he was riding was involved in a collision with a FedEx truck. The collision occurred at the SE corner of NW Wall and NW Portland Avenues in Bend. 51 year old Trenton Sage, the driver of the truck that hit Adams, fully cooperated in the investigation and was not impaired or using his cellphone at the time of the crash.
